Do you think he would only do one show, and not two, if asked? If there's a role for Hayden in Ahsoka, you can bet he'd be back for that as well. He's not exactly super busy.

Totally agree - its just that I read the Ahsoka show takes place long after her interactions with him. I think it occurs right during the current Mandalorian timeline. But, if there are flashbacks or whatever then great, bring him back. I always liked Hayden and felt he was perfect as Anakin.

It was introduced in Star Wars Rebels. Safe to assume Filoni is going to expand on it judging from the Ashoka logo alone.

Still watching Clone Wars. will move on to Rebels when I am done with that. Don't have much time for TV, so I only get in a couple episodes of anything per week. Looking forward to this show. Hope I will be done with the other series before this airs.

I hope they don't make too much of the World Between Worlds going forward. Marvel already has the alternate timelines thing going on, and while it makes sense in with Star Wars lore, if done improperly, it can ruin any and all stakes. No one is ever really dead and gone if someone can just go back and change things willy-nilly. If used sparingly, it could be cool, but not as a deus ex machina.
That said, I'd be down for that Ezra casting. Ezra reminded me a lot of Aladdin, and vice versa. |

Lars Mikkelsen is rumored to have been cast as live action Thrawn; the character he also provides the voice for in one of the animation shows.

I’m not familiar with Havana Rose Lui, but I think either of the other two would be great. I’ve seen the most of Tati Gabrielle in Sabrina. She’s great in it. Lana Condor didn’t get to do much in either of the movies I’ve seen her in, but she certainly looks the part.

Damn after seeing this Filoni and Favreau should have written the sequel trilogy with a great director directing it would have been stellar.
Could you imagine The Force Awakens = Ashoka on the Island and not Luke, then Ashoka partially training Rey until she could do it no longer thus bringing Ashoka and Rey to Luke, then all 3 facing off against Palpatine & the Knights of Ren for the final showdown with Lukes death happening in the final movie... just UGH such wasted opportunity! |

Some love seeing characters from The Clone Wars and Rebels showing up in live action, but some hate it. Personally, I think they're handling it all well. Making anything Star Wars seems treacherous right now. You certainly can't please everyone, and sounding off about it online has become a cottage industry. I like where they're taking Star Wars and the future looks bright in my opinion. We're getting the kind of content I've been waiting decades for. It's a great time to be a Star Wars fan. |
