AFAIK, 20th Century Disney lost or didn't renew at least streaming and TV/video rights to the Porky's films. They reside with Canadian company TVA Films, who owns the catalog of Canadian producer Astral Films (and are licence friendly to companies like Scorpion and 88/Nucleus Films). Fox's BD of Porky's 1 is based off a 4k SDR scan of the OCN, whereas Arrow's BD is based on an older Fox HD master done off an IP. I'm not sure if Kino's Porky's II and Revenge double feature Blu is OOP or not, but there's a chance new editions of these will come form someone in the future.

Porky's would be cool on UHD but I also would like The Hollywood Knights to come to 4K which also stars Michelle Pfeiffer in her prime, not to mention Fran Drescher and Joyce Hyser.

If Arrow had released this, we'd probably get the original mono and maybe alternate versions to go with it. Criterion is 50/50, they wouldn't go UHD and we'd still might the remix if they have to honor "director approved" wishes.
