That one did include some insert/note in the case that it was an error and they weren't actually on the discs... or at least mine did.

Any problems with the Big Bad Mama/BMII disc?

On the eco-case (hate those!) I've received two recent discs (Event Horizon, Eyes Of A Stranger) that came in those crap throwaway cases. I wrote to complain after Event Horizon and they said it was a problem with their supplier on just that title and they weren't using them on any other releases. Then I got Eyes Of A Stranger in an eco-case, wrote again, and this time they said it was a problem with their supplier on their April/May releases, but they weren't using them going forward.

And now these releases too?

Shout are supposed to be issuing a replacement disc since they screwed up the disc as far as the missing bonus features. I notice the reviewer on here didn't mention that fact.

But yeah, these are cut-out eco-cases too.

I like what Powerhouse/Indicator did with their recent Hammer set. Used premium 2-Disc cases in each, with paper "fake disc" coasters in each 2nd disc holder with a swirling note about 1-disc case shortages, and they didn't want to delay the release due to that.

With Shout? Nah... charge premium direct prices and just use the cheap stuff.

You're talking just about the Crazy Mama/Lady In Red disc, right? So far, are there any problems (other than coming in shitty eco-case) with the Big Bad Mama/BBMII disc?

I must correct myself a bit: I did not get a "replacement", but instead I got the second part of my order which consisted of Crazy Mama. The first shipment of my order, which i received at the end of May, consisted only of Big Bad Mama.

I only figured that out now because I instructed shipito.com to open both packages for me

(I am not based in the US.) So I cannot tell for sure right now, but I am pretty certain that what I got now is the corrected disc for Crazy Mama, and they deliberately did not send me the "defective" disc with the first shipment.

Also using shipito, they're ripping me off, don't know why i followed advices to use them.

I have a free account/free storage, paid 9 usd to keep my item a month more but once paid they told me that it is for future packages, not the one iam stocking;

so was forced to paid 8 usd again for them to add 7 poor days. that will end in few days or package will be lost..

i smell they'll ask more money to keep the item when my storage time end.

That sounds strange, maybe contact customer support, they usually are relatively cooperative in my experience.
I also have a free account, but the account is already a few years old. Back then, 90 days storage was free. For new accounts that has changed, but for my existing account they never changed that rule. That is why I don't have experience with extending the storage time.
