I saw this not too long ago again, but I think Lizzie Borden's Working Girls would fit this description. There's a lot of nudity (mostly female) in it, but it's viewed in a more clinical light despite being about the world's oldest profession. Borden got criticism from some for being exploitative, but nothing feels that way considering how it's shot. Borden sees it as from a woman's POV. She thought that was the best way to shoot those scenes.
