So now you have two threads where spoilers are supposed to be tagged, when it would be much better to have a thread where Spoilers can be discussed that would draw those people who want to discuss things openly away from the main one. As I said, that's how things are typically done around here.

If the existence of this thread has spurred a mod to enforce spoilers in the main thread, all to the good, because it wasn't happening before.

And I would add that there are outright spoilers, which are easily identified, and then there are implied spoilers, where you don't have to be a genius to work out what's being referred to, even though it's not stated outright; and that thread was full of those too. There are, I believe, a few people around who hate the film so much that they actively want to spoil it for others. (see above). And to be fair, even for those acting in good faith, it's an unusually hard film to discuss without giving things away. One post can ruin it for someone before the mods ever get to it.

But hey - if you think everything's airtight there now, why don't you follow your own advice and report this thread to a mod and get it shut down?
