The Synopses above is what's from the comics, the MCU series is obviously changing things up a bit (as they always do). In fact we don't even know for sure if

They have to have Clint be the killer.
It loses weight if they remove him for that equation.
I dont think Kingpin is as revengeful as Echo when it comes to that dudes murder by Clint.

[Show spoiler]The whole point of the Ronin resurfacing in Hawkeye is to show that Clint can't outrun his past and Echo is the living embodiment of his past sins coming back to bite him.

Sure it's possible there could have been someone else in the suit that Kingpin hired, like Bullseye or even Swordsman if they wanted somebody in the Hawkeye show, but then you have to ask why? What is the narrative point to doing that other than the fuel her turning on her "uncle" in her solo series. Hawkeye needs to have an arc for his own character before anyone else.

As for Echo turning on Kingpin? Well that's easy. Say he was the one who tipped off Ronin to the tracksuit mafia's location. Or even easier, maybe she just finds out her uncle is a terrible person and she no longer wants to work for him.

Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if there's a twist in the 4th episode (like with the other Disney + shows) where Wilson kills Laura to get back at him for killing Vanessa.

Perhaps that's the straw that breaks the camel's back for Echo, seeing how revenge can basically drive one insane?

I dont see them shifting the narrative from Echo and her father/Hawkeye & Kate to make it about Kingpin and his needs. If it was that deep he wouldnt be featured in the last 2 episodes of a 6 chapter installment. Echo is getting her own show....and Kate is the future of the MCU. Its not gonna be the Kingpin show this early.

The sooner the better, I agree. Just sounds like Feige's "remains to be seen" isn't too certain about the plans just yet. Things sometimes taking a couple years to get everything ready for pre-production with all that's going on with Marvel.

A cameo in a new Marvel movie could be most likely an earliest reappearance.

Everyone already knew this, just like everyone knows Tobey and Andrew are in NWH. I don't see why he would confirm it now, that we're only 10 days away from the NWH release. Probably should have just kept quiet and the speculation going until then. Now I'm very much expecting Kingpin to be revealed in the next Hawkeye episode, like all the rumors have been saying.

I thought it was confirmed Matt Murdock will play a huge role in the Echo Disney+ spin off show?

I really hope they use ALL the Netflix cast. I loved Karen and Foggy. They were perfection.
