Super hero team-ups are an obvious source with plenty of examples already listed.

Heist/caper movies would also fit the broad theme since they generally have a crew with individual specialties such as leader, techie, muscle, token female, grizzled veteran looking to pull off one last job and retire (who will probably get killed).

The Mission: Impossible series and some squad-based military movies also merit consideration.

Dreamcatcher might count with the telepathy, but the film's such a mess once the whole alien thing comes in that everyone in the movie could be one of the aliens.
