WOW. I'm not the biggest fan of this show, but it's almost absurd to think that Disney is releasing another TV series on Blu-ray. I think their last release in the West was in 2018 and that was the seventh and final season of Once Upon a Time, but we all know that there's only been a handful of Disney TV series on Blu-ray, (almost all Marvel-related) since about 2010, so this almost sounds too good to be true.

As long as it has the 1.33:1 OAR. I will buy it. I know lossless original audio is a pipe dream with Disney, since it will either be DTS-HD MA 5.1, or, more likely, Dolby Digital 2.0. The widescreen crop would be a red line for me, especially with an animated series, but otherwise, take my money and give the same treatment to Gargoyles, please.

Wow what an amazing surprise this is! Something tells me that it's probably only being planned as a one-off release to coincide with the upcoming Disney+ movie, but hopefully it sells well enough for the likes of DuckTales (both series), Gummi Bears and TaleSpin among others to follow.

I loved this show as a kid, but haven't seen it in years. I also played the video game based on it, that was made for the original Nintendo...oh, now I really feel old...

I mean, I'll believe it when I see it. Disney hates TV shows on DVD much less BD lol But if it comes out, awesome.

Though if they crop it, it's not worth it lol

This REALLY came out of left field from Disney and I'm impressed and proud of them for giving us something as cool and surprising as this! Thanks you guys for making this happen.

That said, I think we should constantly get in touch with them and make our voices heard to have the 1.33:1 original full screen versions on the discs.
