Might pick it up for a laugh.
I get confused why someone would spend $30-40 on a movie “for a laugh.” Or the people who say that they hated a movie but will buy it for their collection because they’re a completist.

I don’t know about you, but when I hate a movie I never want to watch it again and I certainly don’t want it anywhere in my collection.

The way to get around this is to not watch it in the theater, then when you buy it because you're a Marvel completist and it sucks you just say oh, well guess it's gotta stay on the shelf. lol

That's my plan! $30 for the 4K is the same $30 my GF and I would have spent at the theatre so it's a wash!

Oh trust me, I don’t buy 99% of bad movies. As a matter of fact, I saw this for free because of work perks. I just think it’s like, teetering on “The Room” levels of bad, and there’s so much bizarre shit in this movie that it’s worth picking up if it drops to $10.

A good chunk of my collection is bad movies. I have so much fun with terrible movies, especially with buddies.

I mean if the slip matches Venom, you really have no choice and have to buy this right?

Disney paying off critics also doesn’t make sense because it’s still a “Marvel” movie, with the name all over the advertising. Whether they like it or not, a negative response to a Marvel movie no matter who makes it only dilutes the brand. Besides, Disney already owns a major television network, they can just have their own news talking heads and late night Jimmy make the company talking points like the latter’s sad monologue about “Spider-Man for best picture!” (Also Sony mind you, but probably coping since they likely previously had all their eggs in the Academy Award Winner Chloe Zhao’s Eternals basket and that got a tepid response). All that gets more attention than a tomato number anyway.

I found it entertaining, but a rather by-the-numbers movie. It was well paced and never got bogged down which helped and the vampire stuff was visually interesting throughout.

Saw this yesterday at the imax, very nicely done. Major improvement over The Eternals! I actually still have some Morbius comics, cool to see him on screen, really made me wanna pull the old books out. Surprised no Blade tie in yet.

Went ahead and ordered the steel with a $10 coupon BBY just threw me.

Amazon.ca (Canada) already has links ready for Morbius but no prices have been applied yet. It's supposed to have a May 31 release date.

The audio for this movie impressed me seeing it in a theater. The echolocation scenes sounded amazing. Good movie too.

After reading articles like this one

https://comicbook.com/marvel/news/mo...d-al-madrigal/

that mention a significant amount of footage being removed from the final product I am surprised to see that there are no deleted scenes included in the special features.
