Check to ensure that you don't have audio sync compensation turned on in more than one place. I had issues some years back with the audio falling out of sync and after much fiddling eventually found that I had the audio sync feature turned on on both my tv and my 4k player and as a result it would occasionally throw things out of whack. Turning off the feature in my player solved the problem. Check to ensure that you don't have such a feature on in your tv as well as your player as that may be the culprit. (One may be better than the other as well and so I'd recommend trying the feature at both the display as well as the player level to see which gives the better sync presentation).

I looked and couldn't find anything about sync with settings on player, but I have just kept messing around with it to see if I could find anything and tonight I turned changed the 24p output from auto to off and it seems to have fixed it, or at least it's not incredibly noticeable (or I'm overly scrutinizing it because of how it's been the past month or so). I don't know why this would change it because I've never touched these settings, so they were either always on and it never had a problem or they were turned on with the last update. I've been watching Charmed and every episode in season 2 and 3 has been terribly out of sync and I went back and checked a few with the TV sync turned back to 0 and everything seemed to be normal now. Tech can be weird, ya'll.

Have had zero issues with mine and turning off live ( and most of that content has been dead/offline for years now anyway ) solves most of the problems people encounter on it. It's totally possible some people simply have bad batches of the player, I'm not claiming anyone does not but I think this model get's a lot of flack for other reasons that people blame on the player itself.
