Watched the trailer doesn't look bad, but does the 3D version feature English subtitles?

The thread title states that it doesn't.

The thread title is still correct, there is no 3D Blu-ray with English subtitles.

I love this movie, despite the lack of English audio or subtitles. The 3D is excellent and the simple plot is easy to follow. Bonkers story and fantastic popouts.

How can you enjoy a movie if you can't understand nor read what the characters are saying? It will be hard to know or even get involved in the story of the film.

There is an English dub on the American 2D Blu-ray. I have a PS4, a separate 4K/3D blu-ray player, and a receiver for my sound system. So I play the 3D Blu-ray to my TV and the 2D Blu-ray’s English dub to my sound system. It’s not as clean as remuxing but it works.

It’s a very simple plot with evil magical bad guys vs. good guys. Almost like an old Saturday morning kids’ show, but with 5/5 3D and a final showdown
[Show spoiler]with a topless flying witch (?!).
The many popouts extended way out of screen (with my setup and brain anyway) and I loved the saturated vivid colors and crazy CGI monsters. It’s one of my only 3DBRs that’s not English-friendly, but it’s still in my top 10. Maybe because it’s mainly action and visually oriented.
