wait so is the box set bigger than your standard bluray? It looks like the steelbox blurays go into a bigger box. That would suck for me as my shelves only give about half an inch gap extra for blurays

The Deja vu boxset that was the standard release already is a single large plastic case with 8 discs similar to the Jack Ryan or Transformers 4K complete sets in physical size.

The Zavvi steelbook release is a metal outer case with the 4 individual steelbook movies spaced inbetween. It's the same as the Godzilla steelbook boxset or Avengers 4 movie steelbook set. It also includes the WB's standard little groves on the edge to help pull out the first and fourth movies.

Comparably, it's about 6 times wider than the standard release.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I tried. I don't have the patience I once had. Couldn't get it to take the ID number. Oh well. Not the biggest deal in the world. I'm personally not a fan of the white set. I ordered because this is a fave of mine and I only own the first on Blu.

I highly doubt anyone here has “insider” knowledge to answer you question with any certainty. However my advice to you is to preorder from zaavi to secure a copy just in case those other stores do not sell it. If they do end up selling it then just cancel your zaavi order no harm no foul. Zaavi doesnt charge you until your item ships so you have plenty of time to cancel in the event they do. Any announcement from those other outlets will come well before zaavi’s ship date

Fnac just added it for PO https://www.fnac.com/a16866840/Coffr...omnsearchpos=4. Its cheaper but you get french writting on the j card steelbook which personally i do not like. Id rather pay a bit more for the uk version from zaavi if best buy never stocks it. I guess it really depends what your buying it for, in my case i already have all these movies in 4k steelbook form, im only buying it to keep sealed as a collectors item so i dont want french writing on it at all. If I was going to open it, i wouldnt really care and would opt for the cheaper fnac version

I can see zavvi marking this down too of it doesn't sell too well. Its only about an $8 savings buying from FNAC.

Was hoping it’d get an FNAC release! I trash all j-cards, open every steel (and I have EVERY matrix release), and I have zero concern about the written language being English, French, or Hellenistic Greek (because that’s silly).

Decisions, decisions... I have all the individual 4K steels, as well as the trilogy steel, but I really like the color scheme of that boxed set.

Amazon Italy appears to be the best price shipped to the US thus far: 91,64 euros + 13,54 euros shipping = 105,18 euros all in = US$114.39 net at today's exchange rate.
