Not a huge fan of this movie, but it's MADE to look exceptional in 4K, so I'll pick it up during a sale.

one of the most overrated Cult classics out there and I was born in 1984. Still glad it's coming to 4K for people who like it though. The more the merrier.

Well, anyway, glad we both have something to look forward to. I've never owned the film precisely because the Blu-ray is so underwhelming.

It's a solid (if dated) transfer. The Dolby TrueHD track is fantastic though.

Same here, which means something else will have to go in order to make room. It’s THE LOST BOYS, no way I’m NOT getting the tat edition!

Well, the soundtrack is amazing, period.

There's lots of scope for Atmos effects in this one so I hope they upgrade the mix.

I also hope they include the original Dolby Stereo mix as well, though being Warner I doubt it.
