I like the painterly style of this one, and I also like the look of the action scenes, mixing up styles kinda like Spider-Verse. Really looking forward to this one, especially if the 3-D will be good.

I am really enjoying that anime look in the action scenes of the trailer. Looks like it would be great in 3d!

Not counting IMAX, there are 40 AMC screens within 4 miles of where I live. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is showing in 3D on only one of them -- and that is a single showing at 5:30pm every day.

Looks like I'm going to be waiting and hoping for a 3D Blu-ray release.

Better than what is happening here... no screenings in 3D whatsoever.

Completely ridiculous. RealD has been promoting this on Twitter for months, and I just about expected there'd be very few to no actual 3D showings.

The Cinemark here also has no 3D listings up yet, hopefully that'll change in the coming days.

Otherwise JCam may have scored an own goal against 3D if Avatar2 has blocked the 3D release of this.

No theater owner/operator will choose puss in boots 3D over Avatar, they will make more money with Puss in Boots 2D FLAT, that is how it is with kids movies. Your chance is if they jam in one show in between, i think AMC was already trying.

Cinemark here has a staggering number of Avatar 3D showings, which is swell to see, and some of the PiB showtimes look like they'd mesh in between Avatar showings. Fingers crossed.

On a side note, I found some older gents who are contemplating seeing Avatar2, my first "in the wild" find. It'd be interesting if this taps into the Top Gun Maverick demographic, senior citizens are more likely to have the time to see midday 3 hour flicks.

Don’t see any 3D showings at all at my regular 4DX for this. Obviously looks like Avatar has all the seats.

Pleasantly surprised to see that my local AMC added a matinee 3D on Wednesday only. Three 3D shows that day and then it's one 3D show in the afternoons. Got my 3D ticket.

My local AMC Theater also has 3D showings as well... Taking the grandkids to a 3D showing on Thursday.

I'm jealous of you that are able to watch it in 3D, but hopping that RSM gets the chance to release it on blu-ray 3D.

I want them to release Sing 2, The Bad Guys and Minions 2 first but this should definitely be on their list too!

So far, no 3D showtimes at all for Puss n Boots 2 at my Cinemark theaters.
Avatar 2's 3D showtimes cut to more than half also surprisingly, with only a few show times per day from opening week if that stands.

Releasing this film exactly a week after The Way of Water is a huge mistake, now there are very few to no 3D shows for this film especially when a certain film is ruling cinemas on a huge scale.

Honestly I think this film should've been postponed to January, and Universal is better off releasing this a month after Avatar, just like the Indian release on 20 January 2023.

Talking about this film, I'm all in. Looks very fun and the visuals look like they can impress in 3D provided the 3D presentation is pretty strong.

No it’s school break next week here in the US, they are right about the timing they just don’t care about the 3D version. They know it will do well in 2D flat and that’s enough for them.

This movie will do just fine in cinemas. It is 90 minutes long, less with credits. Ask any parent which movie they rather sit trough: a 90 minutes kid friendly adventure, or a 190+ minutes mammoth.
