There's no way this is going to be an updated transfer right? Which is a shame because I really, really dig the artwork. If only we can have a studio that could do Lionsgate's steels and Sony's transfers all in one lol...

Lionsgate doesn't seem interested or willing to remaster any of their already released 4K catalog, so I wouldn't count on a "new" version any time soon. These steelbooks are all just straight re-releases in new packaging.

Beautiful packaging, though. This one's their best yet IMO. Love it!

This site's 4K review a little misleading. After reading all the comments I wound up looking at caps-a-holic...wow what a crappy transfer. No detail and super red push. Almost looks blurry. Thats a shame because I actually dig the artwork for the steel.

100% agree w/ you on all of this. In a movie w/ both Crowe and Bale, Foster was a powerhouse that stole the movie. I remember seeing this twice in the theater when it was released. I've pre-ordered my copy. I can't wait!

I'm staying with old artwork as it's way better for me than this one. Especially since part of it it's on slipcase which makes this one even worse.
