Talking about the WWE...

I think Vince McMahon should have Ken Graffeo be the next member of the "kiss my ass" club

Hornswoggle kissing Vince's ass in HD --> Brilliant!

--> Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Apb9EFM9kk

I'd rather watch that then Celine Dion

P.S. Next week he wrestles the midget in the ring

I am buying this for my wife, but will certainly listen to it in the background. Everyone is entitled to their opinion on a artist, but no matter what, you can't deny her worth to the music world!

GENTLEMEN! Let us not forget the Wife factor here. My wife is crazy for her, and I can say nothing bad about her or my wife will get upset with me. So I say to you, let it rest. Sure you might not like her, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have millions of fans around the world, cause she does.
And the disc sales show it too.

Just say no to artists who use auto-tune as a crutch.

A guy in the other thread said she doesn't for this performance, but didn't have give a cite. Regardless, she uses it on her albums.

Actually we need big names that aren't just in the "cult" department for Music Videos, and like it or not, Celine Dion fits in that department for an .. "older" audience and amateurs of more ..erm... Melodic? Music.

At this point we need U2 (3d?), Metallica, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and .. Hannah Montana (only half joking).
Hell, I think that History (Michael Jackson's videos, pre-weirdo) would do wonderfully on BR.

A blu sale is a blu sale no matter how good or bad the content. Before you know it, you'll hear them reporting that the Celine Dion BD was the straw that broke paramount's back.

A family acquaintance gave me and my wife free front row, dead center tickets to see Celine's show in Vegas about two years ago.

I had the single closest seat in the entire theater.

Celine was a mere few feet away from me.

It was like staring straight into pure evil.

I hate Celine Dion. I hate her phoniness. I think her voice is totally overrated. That being said...

... It was actually a cool show. (if you're able to tune out Celine and the music, that is!) It's not really a straightforward "concert", per se. It's basically more of an unofficial Cirque Du Soleil show, with acrobatics and the elaborate costumes, etc. A real top notch multimillion dollar production. Only just with a horrid soundtrack, and an annoying star!

This kinda put-down thread shouldn't really be created since it doesn't make others switch their musical or movie taste to yours.

Not a real fan of either but I think Alice Cooper and KISS would be interesting to look at.

hmm...this is turning into a "Concerts we want on Blu-ray" thread. Following that theme, I'd like
Aerosmith/KISS (2003 tour)
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Guns N Roses (the one where Slash is so waste, his cigarette sets his hair on fire and he doesn't even know)
Green Day
Sublime
Rolling Stones (the Sympathy For the Devil days, back when Mick wore those awful striped spandex outfits and walked like a duck)
The Beatles (Help! movie)
Queen (more!!! Wembly Stadium perhaps)
...and if it's not too much to ask...
Me First and the Gimme Gimmes (Ruin Johnny's Bar Mitzvah video)

Also, if concerts sell well on blu-ray, that means that they may be interested in releasing more in the future. CD #5 on amazon is a good thing.
