I'm debating if I should cancel my Best Buy order and then re-order it.Best Buy is going to cancel it anyway come 1/2/23 if it doesn't ship before then and I don't think it will.I used a gift card.So it should put the funds back to that gift card(I always save the gift card until a order arrives) and I can than re-buy it with the same card.

It was much worse than those extra episodes we got in the main series to tide us over until the final season.
The first episode was the best of an admittedly poor bunch.
The issue they all suffer from is they look so cheap and the story is somewhat pointless there is one episode dedicated to a known character but it's redundant as their backstory was already covered in the main series.
World Beyond was terrible but is a masterpiece compared to this series.

Last night I canceled the order from Best Buy(since it was going to be automatically canceled today anyway). My Best Buy gift card was credited, and I re-preordered it.There still is no release date listed(Release Date:Not Announced) but when a new release date is announced, I'll have it already pre-ordered.

I received the same email that they were going to cancel on 01/02; as of today, my preorder is still active. I’ll repost if/when they cancel just in case anyone’s curious what BB does. I was going to cancel on my own but I used a promo reward certificate (not the greatest idea on my part), so I’m afraid they’ll say “sorry about your luck” if I cancel on my own.

I canceled my original pre-order with the 12/20/22 release date on Jan 1 since they were going to cancel it anyway and pre-ordered it again the next day on their new pre-order page linked above.My new pre-order is listed.

I think they canceled the release, the show wasn´t a big hit and a second season is highly unlikely...

I hope not. Hopefully it was a just a release date mistake I think amazon and bestbuy were the only places to have a pre order.

This is disappointing but I think you are right you can buy it on Vudu digitally I guess that's best we can get. I hate that this is the way things are now physical releases are just not a guarantee and it's becoming more frequent having no releases.

I'm just going to keep the preorder. It's not expensive and I used a gift card so I don't see any harm in keeping it. If the release does get announced as canceled. I'll cancel it or Best Buy may cancel it themselves.
