This is available to stream stateside now (called Watch the Skies). I did that, and was confused at first why everything was in English and the lips seemed to match. Turns out it's AI. Pretty decent, some uncanny valley at times, definitely better than the vast majority of dubs. But in any case, I liked the movie a lot and would rather see the authentic version. So I ordered the blu-ray and have an .srt file ready since it's not English friendly.
