Jared Leto - I've liked him in exactly two roles: Panic Room and BR 2049. Annoying in everything else I've seen him in.

Giovanni Ribisi - I don't dislike him per se (and I loved Sneaky Pete). But I suspect he's typecast into the types of roles that are SUPPOSED to be annoying...and he knocks it out of the park every time.

Not so much in movies, but Kristen Schaal. She's an instantly recognizable actor due to her voice. I know her voice isn't her fault, and I genuinely don't mind her when she's just talking, but when she gets loud/angry it's like nails on a chalkboard to me. What's worse is I've kinda gotten the impression in recent years that, in embracing her unique voice and to stick it to the haters, she's kinda made being loud and squawky her thing. I'm all for embracing your unique qualities, but there's a limit.
