You’d probably be responsible for even more if companies kept to the release dates you have in all your thread titles.

It's true. I actually stopped putting dates in many of the titles now, especially 88 films stuff because of that.

Another thing that wasn't really mentioned is things like Dollar Tree waves. I rarely go to their stores and would otherwise have no idea when they will have movies. And I've probably bought a crazy amount of them over the years after reading about it. Very few people would know about sites like Hamilton Book without the forum as well.

I think this site is a big factor in helping sell boutique releases. If it wasn't here, how many of us either wouldn't be collectors, wouldn't know about certain releases, sales, etc. I probably wouldn't even have half the titles I do now. Not sure if that is a good thing or not

I was not aware of Twilight Time, Code Red, Dark Force etc. until I joined this site. If it wasn't listed on Amazon then I could only assume it wasn't available.

Well I found out that the PP of To Catch A Thief sucks and that the original release was better so I bought that one.

Including all the deals.

ZSJL steelbook secret sale at BB with the sku number to help them find it all that first reported here.

Just now it was posted a few steelbooks dropped in price so I decide to buy my third 4K copy of The Batman because this is the cover I wanted in addition to the first steelbook and the standard edition which I picked up during BF. Love Bat an that much.

So much I’ve learned on this forum.

All the studios have people looking at this site and other movie sites for research.

Paramount probably looked at this site and other sites and thought why are we licensing out our titles when we can make a few bucks and put them out ourselves.

Movie business with streaming getting tougher, every dollar begins to count.

This is what happened in the music industry. Revenue was hit so hard by downloading they saw the resurgence of vinyl and even though it wasn’t the same amount of money as CDs at the top of their popularity, the companies decided every dollar counts lets get in the vinyl business again.

I'm changing the world for the better like that Google/Youtube ad I keep seeing. I've found my special purpose.
