I’ve decided (99%) this will be my last MCU SB purchase w/BBY. Seems fitting for the last phase 4 movie to be my last Steelbook. I’ll probably buy both versions to satisfy the collector in me. Gotta draw the line somewhere, and my enthusiasm for the stories have greatly diminished since ENDGAME.

It looks like Target is out of the Disney / Marvel exclusives game completely. I miss the digibooks they used to have, especially the ones with the lenticular covers.

Best Buy will probably keep releasing exclusive steelbooks.

Walmart's editions have had exclusive artwork and/or collectible pins recently.

I will go for the Namor. The other has a big void on the back cover. I feel like Black Panther should be there facing Shuri. IDK

I was thinking the same thing or at least the BP mask on the back cover. But I’m going with the Namor one for myself.

Hm. Kinda conflicted on these. I don’t love either tbh. Between the two the Namor one is more visually appealing. But the movie is more about Shuri and her choices, to me anyways, so it makes more sense for her to be the central figure on the Steelbook. But there’s so much “empty space” on here. It just looks off to me

Yep. I miss the Target exclusives as well. I still cherish my Target edition for Black Panther.

It's called Wakanda Forever, and you're gonna design a whole-ass steelbook without any of the characters from Wakanda on it? And on top of that it looks better than the one with the Wakanda characters on it?

I'm probably gonna pick up the Team Wakanda steelbook and regret passing on the Team Talokan version.

There's an artist's signature on the back of the Wakandan steel. Dorothea Taylor. Just Googled her, and she does a lot of graphic design interpretations primarily with Disney/Pixar. I'm guessing she did the Talokan one, but I don't see a signature on the back.

EDIT: Never mind. I found a signature on the Talokan one, and it's not hers. I can't read it, though. It's in the middle just above the wave and just below the right hand of the person holding a lance.

hmm Namor artwork is really nice but the other has movie namesake on it. When Age of Ultron came out I went with the Ultron artwork due to the namesake.
