Where The Wild Things Are and Coco were "children's" movies. What kind of an excuse is that?

It’s also something he wasn’t that involved in, just as a producer, not a director or even a writer. Though even if you want to ignore the 4 movies he’s directed, all of which have been well received, he was also a producer on the excellent Judas and the Black Messiah and the solid Creed sequels (working on the story for Creed 3).

I'll rephrase my statement: "That much hatred because of a movie... "

Believe it or not, movies are hard to work on. Thousands of people work their bones to dust to get them made. You had better make something worthy of that much dedication.

Neat.

The Truth is Still Out There, Apparently.

They could just revive it and just cast whoever is good, when they start forcing diversity it becomes their only goal and the shows suffer from it because the focus isn't on the show itself.

I’ll only consider it if Mulder and Scully are already ****ing in episode one.

Are Mulder and Scully in this new show?

I don't see how a remake would work. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are synonymous as Mulder and Scully.

They should seriously continue with Robbie Ammell and Lauren Ambrose. They were both featured in season nine and were great. I was hoping to see more of them together in their own investigations.

They really should give up on the black oil alien thing. That conspiracy turned out to be lame in the end. More monster and freak of the week was best. Maybe finally a tribute to TV horrors like Curse of the Black Widow, The Intruder Within and A Cold Night’s Death.

Not confirmed. All we know is it will have a diverse cast. Hopefully it's a case of Mulder and Scully still being the leads with David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson still playing them, and the cast around them is diverse.

The writing will matter far more than the casting.
