I don’t recall them ever announcing even an estimated release date. Unless you have some info to share, it’s safe to assume it’s still being worked on.

I reached out to a Kino representative on Facebook. They say it's still coming and will also have a 4K release.

Awesome news. Thanks for sharing. Just started revisiting this one the last couple of years. It’s a nice yearly Xmas watch. 4K will be very welcome. Not entirely sure the dvd out there has the correct aspect ratio. I could be wrong.

Yeah, the old HBO DVD was released in open matte instead of the correct 2.39:1 ratio. Really looking forward to picking this up on 4K UHD.

So excited for both hopefully this means Rampage 1986 by William Friedkin in July or August as we haven't heard about that since late 2023.
