I love the Pteranodon sequence, but Spino is the main dino of the movie, and would be in-line with the others featuring the "big bad" of the movie (minus TLW and Dominion).

The true villain of III has always been the "Alan" raptor.

Agreed. Half the series, and most of the better sequels are Jurassic Park.

And of course, the original is always better. Doing it dirty like this is just wrong.

i never bought any of the steels for this franchise so I might pick this up. decent price when compared to the 4-steel set Avengers & 8-steel set of Game of Thrones.

Lol doing it dirty. First world problems ffs. It's on the box outside. It doesn't say world on the Park steels themselves who cares. I can get complaining about the lack of spino or raptors or dual rexes, which all should have been on before the stego but it saying world on the box isn't doing anything dirty. Park doesn't have feelings. There is a separate release special edition for park.

This supposedly comes out today. But it wasn’t made available anywhere for store pick up. I live in Canada and BB won’t ship here so I always do store pick up purchase. Is this still coming out today?

May be an online only release. Tyrok never posted pictures of this set or the Blue Beetle steelbook for Store releases. I just checked both listing and neither are showing store pickup

Mine is out for delivery and FedEx tends to deliver my shit pretty early so I expect it any minute now.

Someone posted pics of it on Reddit yesterday. Theirs was shipped in a box but they claimed it had no padding on inside.

Mine was delivered on Sunday, in a cardboard box with NO padding—no brown paper, no air pillows, zero, zilch nada.

Unfortunately, the big case was dinged up on one edge:

Yes, I am rather annoyed to purchase a premium product and receive it in such condition. But…

Given the expected hassle of dealing with customer service, and the low odds of receiving a replacement set in perfect condition, I opted to attempt a manual repair:

Good enough for me! Won’t pass a close-up inspection, but no one’s going to be looking at it besides me. I’ll just pretend a dinosaur bit it.

Overall, a nice looking set and and I’m pleased to own it—but it will always be the Jurassic PARK franchise to me!
