It has not worked out that way for me that way the last three times I was in the same situation with bb. Instead I wound up doing in store pick up and cancelling the pre order.

I am beginning to think that they have NO concept of what a pre order is. If it wasnt for exclusives I wouldnt by jack shit from them.

Again I hope Im wrong but it looks like I am headed for the same cancel preorder do in store pick up bullshit a fourth straight time.

Since you say you have never had this problem I have to assume your shipments originate from a different warehouse and I am just unlucky in the morons I have shipping my order.

Mine is in the same status. I expect it to ship this evening. Oops..just checked while typing. It says 'Ready to be shipped' and I have a UPS tracking. Says 'Arriving tomorrow.' That just updated within the last hour or so because I checked earlier this morning.

In fact it makes their incompetence even that much more obnoxious.

Ive played this game with this trash before and sadly with bb exclusives I will again.

Received mine today in a bubble mailer, and sure enough, and dent in the back.

I’ll try to secure a copy early in the morning for ISPU and return this dented one.

Well, it's not happening for me. I was supposed to get it today and UPS initially said so, but because of the storms that moved up the East coast, mine has been delayed (no fault of Best Buy).

This morning my status updated to delayed.

For the fourth straight time ordering from best buy I did not receive my pre order on release date. On the bright side unlike the previous three times at least it has shipped.

If it wasnt for exclusives I wouldnt by anything from them.

Mine arrived in a box...that looked like it got stuck between two elephants humping. It was so bad UPS actually printed out a new label and attached with a note on it saying the other label was unreadable due to damage. Despite the box being pancaked at both ends the steelbook appears to be undamaged. I'll open it tonight to make sure. The ghost of Bruce Lee seems to be beating the crap out of all my Lee packages

Your copy must of came from a store, since BB exclusive comes in a box. At least the ones I get. Speaking of that, mine came mint yesterday with air pillows. But I do wish this came with the blu ray so I can have the bonus features.

I picked up a copy yesterday. I like the design they went with, simple but effective.

I also wish this came with a blu ray as well, especially for the asking price.

Hopefully, the 4K transfer of this classic is worth it. I haven't had time to sit down and check it out yet.
