I have the download version.

One important thing to note is, that the downloaded version is only playable on ONE (the buyers) account of your ps3.

That means for example, that you can't let your children play with a separate account, so they don't ruin your stats.

Take that into consideration. That makes it different to the other PSN titles I own. I don't care about the headset really.
