I was thinking of blind buying the blu-ray on Amazon with my credits on there, but the $19.91 price from Prime is out of stock now. I do wish that Max would offer free trials so I could watch it before buying it. Especially if I end up liking it and possibly getting the 4K MUBI release instead.

I went to Walmart today and went ahead and blind bought it since they had a couple of copies with slips. Its odd but at the self-checkout, a message on the screen said that an associate had to come and check my ID to purchase it. Back when I bought the Oppenheimer 4K steelbook last month, also at Walmart using the self-checkout, that message didn't pop up. They are both rated R films, but I find it weird that I had to get carded for this one and not Oppenheimer. Actually, I've never been carded to buy a film period.
I'm checking Reddit and apparently this has happened to others. To think that films, even non-rated R films at times, are treated like beer now. Here's what I found on the website about it: ![]() |

At $7.50 I would definitely pick it up if there wasn't the UK 4K release.
