Slick teaser trailer. Definitely looking forward to seeing this. Apple really isn’t incentivizing people to actually see this in the theater with that two week theatrical window though.

I like that the vibe is of a different energy than Kurosawa's film, at least in the trailer, whereas The Batman is closer in its mood towards the 1963 film even as it adjusts/compliments the story with its comic book genre.

It looks like this one was produced by A24, but that Apple TV+ is handling distribution. None of their previous collaborations have had disc releases, to my knowledge, though. Maybe this one will be different.
