I got it pretty quickly, but those things can always be a crap shoot. You can try sending it to another e-mail address if you have another one. The code isn't tied to one e-mail address.

The film discs have no English subs on the Japanese release (confirmed by me + the numerous others who've imported it expecting it to never hit 4K in the US lmao).

This is the first direct Toho release of a Japanese Godzilla film, on Blu or 4K, to include English subtitles EVER. Hopefully there's more to come...

The description on the pre-order doesn't state it'll be the only way to get the Minus Color version (just that the set itself is exclusive to the Godzilla Store), but regardless I wouldn't be shocked if that version did remain exclusive to this set.

I don't see anywhere on the site where it says that. It just says this packaging is exclusive, and that it's available on the Godzilla.com site first.

I suspect both versions of the film, either together or separately, will be released in the US probably a month or two or three after this, just in different packaging.

I would still think we'll probably see a bunch of versions in the US. Steelbooks, etc. Maybe/probably some bonus features subtitled.

But with the two combined coupons, I couldn't pass on this set.

I'd still be cautious about what the standard releases may be after, as the site doesn't clarify at all what's limited/going to be exclusive to the set. If Toho decides to clone their Japanese releases and re-issue them here with subs like they're doing for the big Minus One set, we'd only get a standard Minus One Blu-ray and a standard Minus Color Blu-ray. They haven't released a standard version of the 4K in Japan yet (or anywhere, afaik), just in the 4 disc set.

But this release at all happening is a big surprise, so who really knows
