It's a Lakeshore film. Paramount still has it in the US though. Imprint's Blu release has the Lakeshore and Paramount Classics logos.
I'm guessing Arrow accessed the negative from Paramount through Lakeshore, did the restoration, and that's what Paramount will then administer to Shout Factory. (in this case, potential dual territory release like Candyman. Gotta wait and see though.)

I've been waiting a long time for a 4k release. I think this is a great movie.
Keeanu Reeves is actually intimidating and scary in this. I think it's the best role he's done!
Great soundtrack and editing as well.

I love watching commentary tracks, we've watched some 3-4 times for movies we really like, when the commentaries are really fun! But I want them to actually be connected to the movie. Hate to say it, but I also really hope Arrow doesn't include those goofy commentary tracks from critics. Who cares? I want commentary from people who worked on the film, and before some snarky person says it, I don't mean Barbara from craftservices!

Arrow has included critic commentaries since their inception, there’s no obligation to listen to if you don’t want to it doesn’t add massively to the disc size.

It clearly states in the screenshot from James Flower of Arrow that the content between the Shout US and Arrow UK will be the same. The only difference is the mastering/encoding for the film.

Looks like I'll be holding onto the Aussie disc for the Nathaniel Thompson/Troy Howarth commentary and Christopher Young interview (a different one than the NEW one here, one surmises). Shame the isolated score track will have sound F/X, though.
