So I'm guessing StudioCanal will release these on UHD in the U.K.

Is there any update after almost 1 year? Can't wait to buy these two titles

KL announced in April 2023 that they will “soon” release Murder on the Orient Express on 4K UHD, but the official details didn’t come out until July 2024 with a street date in September, so it’s simply still too early to talk about these two films from KL.

So guess we'll find out in February 2026?

StudioCanal just announced their 4K release of the entire quadrilogy, so I’m assuming KL will finally be announcing soon, but then since 4K discs are region free, the StudioCanal set should be more collectible than KL, no?

Kino are so embarrassing. They announced these last November, and they're still not dated. Meanwhile, SC just announced them, and are releasing them in 2 months. Imagine that.

Problem with Kino is that they announce things so far in advance without even having any kind of assurances they can release it period. They get people’s hopes up and then Kino has to delay or cancel a title just because they can’t deliver.

Kino should really stop announcing these titles so far in advance and announce them when they are replicating the discs and can ship within 2or 3 months.
At least then they aren’t faced with all the negative comments on the forums.
They have great titles and they usually do a good job but their current way of annoucing titles is just not working !
