Sweet, I picked up the 4k for...$12 and change. I won a scratch-off for $24 that was expiring at the end of the month, so perfect timing.

Another a24 international postage disaster. Do you think they realise or care they have priced themselves out of the export market. Oh well will wait for the inevitable German media book

this is why u see see ppl on Reddit exploiting the free shipping birthday deal. if there wasn't a free gift with it it'd be hard not to condone as they bring it on themselves with that pricing.

what a great news, just hope Speak No Evil (seems like the same tone of movie) gets UHD later too, always a welcome to get more thriller / horror on UHD...

Not sure that really was a factor since Love Lies Bleeding made atleast 19 million less than WLIT, Marcel the Shell made 24 million less, and Lamb made 28 million less and they had 4K. Plus Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are bigger names than the cast of the rest.

Speak No Evil will probably have a 4K next year either from Shout or as MOD from Universal.

Which is exactly why I put it with the question mark, because it’s the least likely, implying it’s due to the mastering.

Regardless, I’m excited for the UHD of Heretic. Meant to see it, but like most A24 titles, few cinemas in the area showed it.

If anyone wants a free trial of AAA24 to get the discount, send me a PM.
With them doing "We Live in Time" and "Heretic", guess this means they'll be doing "Queer" and "The Brutalist" next year.

* and hopefully finally get around to "Sing Sing" and "A Different Man".

Saw this one opening night at a Dolby Cinema. It's a tense little thriller and I really liked it. Hugh Grant gives an awesome performance, plus I'm always happy to see Sophie Thatcher in anything at this point. Just made this my first A24 shop purchase. Need to grab Midsommar for sure.

When it comes to The Lighthouse, is the A24 or Arrow 4K preferable?

One of the best I've seen this year.

[Show spoiler]Beyond the horror facade the subject matter it's dealing with and the way the film presents it is sure to perturb a lot of people who have strong opinions either way about God. As a Diest myself it's right up my ally. But the film attacks organized religion and atheism in equal measure although its attack on atheism might require your average viewer paying attention closer.

Does the A24 shop ship internationally? The site can't seem to load properly so I can't browse well. Also are their non UHD discs region-locked?

Teenage revelations in terms of story, but strangely alluring. I was entertained. Looking forward to picking it up.

This is up on Amazon for 30 bucks, so, is it a different version than the "shop exclusive"?

Says Blu-ray, photo shows a 4K disc, but BR packaging.

Somebody used the wrong photo. The A24 web store very clearly states that just the 4K would be exclusive to them, so it's expected for the blu-ray to pop up everywhere like Amazon.

Yeah, I bit the bullet and made it my first A24 order. Used the Shop app and split it into 2 payments. Somehow, it feels better lol
