So - I liked Women on the Run, Her Vengeance, and Lady Reporter.

Both China O'Briens were fun, but a little too American to feel that unique.

Where do the Iron Angels fit in on that arc?

According to Justin they've been working on this since 2022, so I think it'll be only from VS for perhaps a while. 88 also hasn't immediately announced they have it.

Like many of you, I too have been waiting for these movies to get a release.

I hoped maybe Eureka would release them since they went through a phase of releasing GWG movies, but alas, nothing came of it.

I've even been checking a website called retrogold63.de everyday because they have also been releasing GWG movies, but their runs
are normally limited to a few hundred, and they sell out immediately.

The Iron Angels and Angel Terminator movies are up there with Hard Boiled and The Killer as far as I'm concerned.

I don't even need to own these blu-rays. I've got 1080p rips of all three. I WANT to own them.

Screw it. Pre-ordered. Last year they got me with China O'Brien blind buy which lead to an obsession with Rothrock movies. I am sure these three will not disappoint.

Not too sure. They do have a store in Toronto so it may just ship from there? I've never been charged custom fees with them.

I'm waiting for 88's SE of Black Cat 2, since I missed out on VS's double pack.

I'm 90% sure Book of Heroes would be a Golden Princess Title since they had a partnership with Golden City around 86 or 87. I'm just guessing though, but here's hoping that's the case because it's sure to get a fan favorite release.

Burning Ambition I'm 100% isn't since I just saw the beginning credits on ok.ru (Russian Facebook or something) and it's from a different production company.

You won't regret it for the first one alone. You get to see Moon Lee & Yukari Oshima at their peak athletic talent, and while I haven't seen the sequels, Moon Lee shines in the 2nd film as well while I've heard the final film is great for the action exclusively but the weirdest of the bunch.

But hey, it's HK/Taiwan Cinema, so weird is normal, haha.

I ordered this day one of being announced. I've never seen the first two movies, but my parents were friends with the blonde woman in the third movie, and I remember being a kid in San Francisco and going to the premier party to see it =)

No one will be able to order VS titles until July 1st.

No, VS titles won’t be available again until July 1st. Only partner label titles are sold in June and December.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up. Well, glad I snagged Iron Angels.

When do these things usually ship after a sale event like this? I think China O'Brien went out three weeks after I bought it last year.
