Oh sorry digibob, I should have qualified that with the HD-DUDers over there, which there is a vocal group of them. Not you. And ditto on the PS3. It's the best piece of technology I have ever bought. It amazes me. To me, if I popped a 300GB HDD in it, its worth like $1500 to me because of all that it can and could do. The poll on hear about the cost etc...backs that thinking up big time. Its a consensus. I wonder if XBOX people have the same loyalty, especially after 2 or 3 red rings of death.

all this hd-dud is better then blu is really making me wonder what the attachment is. i mean ive never seen a dud movie playing other then one time i was a CC and they had king kong on. it looked good obviously but the reason i choose blu was b/c they have more studios and uncompressed sound. does hd-dud look as good as blu? not like it matters b/c we have all the studios and the war is over.,

Oh they are crying over at HiDefdigest aswell. It's gotten pretty damn pathetic if you ask me. They are making threads saying blu ray is contributing to terrorism and blu ray is bad for the earth's environment and blu ray will fail to downloads and blah blah blah. They sound like a bunch of *****es over there lol.

Yeah, the players were cheaper. You could get a player and 7 HDDVDs for $100. It is amazing how cheap something can be when the company is willing to sell stuff AT AN UNSUSTAINABLE MASSIVE LOSS...

Eh does not matter. Let them whine all they like. As long as they are not bringing any drama here, I could care less what those people say or think. blu-ray.com is my only site I go to for True HD source anyway.
