Denon AVR-2808CI or Yamaha RX-V1800

I have narrowed it down to these two receivers. I had purchased an Onkyo TX-SR805 last week and already returned it due to the lip sync issues, which were very disracting and only happened on certain channels and movies. Anyway, that's whole other story.

I know the pro's and con's of each receiver. I'm not worried so much about price because the difference is about $77 (more for the Denon). I'm kind of turned off by the Denon only having 2 HDMI inputs, but on the plus side it does scale to 1080p. I only have 2 components (PS3/DVR) that will be using the HDMI ports. And, I've heard the problem about the Yamaha's video pass through.

I guess I'm looking for some feed back on owners of each. Anything I should know before making this decission?
