I believe they hype and twist things, but they don't outright lie. They're sleazy and they'll pay their sources, but they don't tend to just make things up. Especially things like this.

And they have actually broken a ton of stories. Often sleazy stories, where the people involved wanted to be paid so reputable media would touch them, but...

If this is true I feel very sad for him and his family. My father has battled cancer succesfully but still suffers from many ailments from all the treatments and side effects. God be with you Patrick and I hope you can pull through.

Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer usually tends to be fast and fatal. I certainly hope that will not end up being the case and Patrick beats the odds as that optimistic statement spells out.

I have two friends who lost parents to pancreatic cancer. One lost her mother and the other lost his father. Also I had a cousin who died of pancreatic cancer. Not sure about Swayze, but the prognosis usually is not good at all. Each of them died within two months of being diagnosed. Its pretty horrible.

These left wing jibes against Fox News because they are the one member of the broadcast media who don't join the rest in pandering to the Liberals & Democrats get pretty tiring TBH.

Don't join the rest in pandering? Are you serious? Fox news is the most right wing biased news source on the planet. News should be objective, not subjective, and Fox is the most subjective there is, often reporting trumped up stories to make their side look good. Unbelievable.


And on the subject of Swayze, they say he is continuing to work. If it was really that bad, I doubt he would be. It's serious, no doubt, but he must be doing all right for the moment.
