While I agree with you, remember, not too many years ago we weren't getting all the HD channels we wanted. It is POSSIBLE to do all these things.

When I bought my HDTV in 2003, I didn't even have the HD tuner box to plug in until weeks or months later. Even then, I didn't have the proper antenna to get the HD channels. Even when I had the antenna, not everyone was broadcasting in digital yet. That was 5 years ago. Ergo, 1440p is possible within 5 years.
