Braveheart is commin to france as well, since FOX has all the rights and not paramount here in europe.

I buy it on day 1 since the DVD has the worst PQ ever.

Both Paramount and Universal were HD DVD exclusive.
Gladiator is Dreamworks, but even though they were exclusive later HD DVD never saw these titles either.

To being an annoyance that contributes nothing? Bravo!

Making a bunch of threads on an Internet forum isn't going to make any difference one way or the other, but do whatever makes you feel good I suppose.

We all want these kinds of movies. We're all eager to get them. But there are certain logistics involved that make it where it is going to take some time to finally get them out there.

Give it some time, Gladiator is one of those movies that will sell Blu Ray players. You KNOW the PQ and AQ will be out of this world.

Guaranteed. It's a "system seller" to borrow a gaming phrase. Hardware will fly off shelves for titles like these.

I suspect the absolute longest we'll have to wait will be in time for the holidays.
