HELL YES!!! I remember that discussion! I would buy the BD treatment of 'The Wizard Of Oz' if the ONLY special feature on it was the "Dark Side Of The Moon" track synced with the film.

Agreed. That would be the clincher for me!

Heres a stupid question. Hows the weather in San Diego? Its actually snowing here in Bigfoot country right now. Getting sick of the cold rain and snow. Just want some warm weather.

Roland1919, I love your icon brother (as Desmond would say). I would prefer the likes of the following before Rain Man.:

Matrix, Star Wars, Indy Movies, JP. Movies that will simply shoot your load.

Rain Man is a good flick, but not really eye candy, you know?

Thanks. I needed some sun. My dog Tia (an American Eskimo) lives there with my ex-wife's sister and her family now. I'd like to make the trip down about now.

Rain Man...great flick. One of my all time favorites. In my opinion this was one of Tom Cruise's best roles (back in the days when he was cool...before he turned psycho, couch hopping, Brooke Shield's bashing scientologist). Rain Man on BD...that would be a must

It is highly personal which movie that you would like to see on blu-ray first. There are some classics that many would like to see on blu-ray.

Blu-ray appeared to be the ultimate home theater format and it is time to start collecting and replacing DVDs provided the transfer is in good quality.
