Let me make this clear. Yes widescreen you get a percentage of the top and bottom cut off. If it's fullscreen then yes you'll get a perfect square, but you do get percentage of the sides cut off. Either way you look at it you're losing picture. But if you want whole picture on your t.v. use the search function.

I know where the search button is my friend. See, the top and bottom is cutting off the picture with the BB! Thats just what is said! AS long as it is a square just like I grew up with on VHS, there should be nothing missing. Thanks anyway. Sheeeeesh!

Made a mistake. It was supose to be zoom function not search function. Well you need to use both anyways. There's plenty of threads about this subject. I grew up on VHS also. Who didn't? But I know what's better.

So, you are saying you know whats better and that just happens to be missing a percentage of the picture? As a VHS guy, you would know then that it is a square, and always has been a square for "Full" (i.e. The entire picture) Frame!

You should get to bed. See what happens when you don't get enough rest? You get cranky! Its after 9 pm and your mom probably has some warm milk and a goodnight kiss waiting for you.
