There's no way I would buy The Island with that low-bitrate DD audio track. It'll be lossless when it comes out here in the states.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. It IS paramount/dreamworks here in the states and they are known for not always putting lossless in their discs.

I just made my first blu-ray import purchase today. I bought The Island from amazon.uk.

I selected the "air mail" option for delivery. Anyone know approximately how long they take to ship to the States, primarily Florida?

I can't remember what they called it now but if that's the 2nd option (actually, I think the option I used was called priority express), I got mine in 2 days.
