one missed called that is out on bluray is the american remake , miike directed the japanese orignal though yes.

Horror Flicks like this one i will purchase at a price at two times the cost of the rental. For me there has never been much replay value. This is why I have never purchased Saw I-IV. I saw the first two on DVD and never bothered to purchase on BD because I can't justify spending more than $9.99 to $13.99 on a movie I will probably only watch once. I figure as much as I want to see the movie, renting it costs $6-7 and its worth another $5-6 to own to add to the collection. In the case of one missed call, it has no replay value to me because of the genre it fits into as far as movies go.

Predictable, boring, and ultimately a train wreck of a movie, but then again, Dragon Wars makes it look like movie of the year, lol.
