At least give us SOMETHING big, maybe not LOTR or SW or Indiana Jones, but I just feel like for our patience the studios should give us SOMETHING. I mean, really Blu-Ray isn't out of this yet, it still has other things to compete with besides HD-DVD, and I just feel like if they don't put out some more films that will convince people to go Blu then not only could they be screwed, but I would have bought two obsolete formats in one year.
Couldn't agree more...thank goodness i am going on vacation for over a week. By the time i return it will be June, also some of those movies are way over priced.

I think they haven't announced the LOTR, Star wars, Indy Jones, Godfather and movies like that because they are going to make sure those are the best of what the format has to offer. Look at the recent announcements natural born killers, dirty harry, MIB, and Shawshank Redemption. Those are major announcements in my book all i need is BRAVEHEART and PASSION and I would be completely satisfied.

This is why opinions are different.

I have ZERO interest in Firefly, and I'm looking forward to many of the announced titles.
