Wiki says, Yes.

It's a "director's cut" type version. The Chronicle edition, if it's the same as the JP version anyway, does not have Dante [DMC] in it, instead has a character from Devil SUmmoner in it.

Actually I think 2 parts of Nocturne were released here. I have part 1, but part 2 is, like, impossible to find. I may be wrong there are a lot of "Shin Megami" titles out there.

Nocturne was one game called Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, me thinks

Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga had absolutely outstanding soundtracks!
I know they came with a 'Best Of' disk, but I imported the full soundtracks and usually listen to them instead of the music from WoW when I play.
