Back in the day, I used to play Diablo and Diablo 2 for the PC ALL the time, sometimes into the wee hours of the morning. That's when you realize that it's 7am, and you might as well just stay up. Over a period of weeks, I actually managed to wear out the Diablo Disk and ended up needing a replacement.

On the PC Quake2 and 3. I haven't found anything to get me hooked yet on the PS3. By hooked I mean minimum 2 hours per day, for a couple months at least.

RESISTANCE!! I guess 6,000 rounds of online is considered "worn out".

Also CoD4, I have like 4,000 rounds on it.

Only game i've worn out is Marvel vs Capcom 2 (dreamcast). I've gone through 4 copies of this game =/

Games I have worn out? How about games I have put over 100hrs in which would deffinatly be worth the money.
Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XII, Mystic Quest, Tactics.
Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire 3, 4, and 5, Radiata Stories, Baten Kaitos, Earthbound, Sould Blazer, Dragon Quest VIII.
Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss.
Shadow of the Colossus.
Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, San Andreas, and IV.
Legend of Zelda, Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess.
Super Mario World, 64, Galaxy. Banjo Kazooie.
ES4 Oblivion, Populous: The Beginning.
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
I have played about 4000hrs of video games in the last 5 years. I actually keep track! It averages to about 2hrs a day. . . every day.

Color coded. Green = Playstation, Blue = Nintendo, Orange = PC

Classic games don't wear out on me, some new games do though

Halo 3
Guitar Hero III
Army of Two
Call of Duty 4

Oddly enough all were played on the 360

I think that's it.
