sleeker looking for sure. but not enough blu lights . after all, the more blu lights, the faster the system!

sorry, couldn't resist. i know i read it somewhere. as with my current sammy, i'll hold off until the reviews come out and they have the bugs worked out.

edit: of course, i forgot to mention that with an investment in a sammy and an investment in a ps3, chances are slim of me buying any more rigs in the near future.

I can’t wait for a review of this second generation player. My guess is this might be one of the best players on the market; we will have to wait and see. I hope Samsung is going to make sure everything is going to be up to excellent quality standards before releasing this second generation model since all the bad press they received for the first generation model hurt their reputation a little.

PS3 is the best way to go, its cheaper than the cheapest blu ray player out.

Funny , I bought a Sammy in October and have only had one regular dvd movie it would not play , other than that it's been flawless for me.

Bought my PS3 last night... WOW!!! Not only is it amazing as a Blu-ray player (like you guys said)... I also rented Madden and WOW, I say again, WOW! I'm floored... HD DVD is dead, but just needs to realize it and lie down.
