they had like a pseudo sequel to 5 deadly venoms where one guy was blind, one was deaf, one had no arms etc...anyone remember that?

Gordon Liu is my favorite martial arts actor of all time. Bruce Lee is still the best martial artist though.

I think all will agree that subtitles are the way to go on newer kung fu movies(and all other movies for that matter), but for real old school kung fu, the voices rule. If we didn't have those voices back in the day, they wouldn't be sampled today by artists like Wu Tang Clan and DJ Rectangle.

I got the remastered DVD for 5 Deadly Venoms a few days ago, looks and sounds great. apparently there is a crappy version of it out there as well

then, they had one where they had a guy with NO LEGS and another guy with NO ARMS called Crippled Masters.

which is both creepy and cool in equal amounts, especially when you see the guy with no arms twirling a staff in-between these two (bones? digits?) that are sticking out of his shoulder.

and the one with no legs jumps on the shoulders of the armless one to create a 9 foot kung-fu fighter.

I am PUMPED!!! Got Five Fingers of Death on the way from Blockbuster. Haven't seen this Shw Bros. gem since I was a kid watching Saturday afternoon kung fu.
