One of my two favorite movies of that year (the other being Hard Candy). Also one of my favorite PKD adaptations, right behind Blade Runner. This felt like a combination Infernal Affairs and Big Lebowski. Strange, though brilliant movie. Great soundtrack too.

Man I sure hope they bring Linkater's 'Waking Life' to Blu Ray...

this movie is an acquired taste for sure. personally, i really, really like it. i think it is the most purely "dick-ian" of any of the PKD adaptations, though Blade Runner is the best overall move based on a PKD work.

also, it's a much better film than Linklater's prior rotoscoped project, Waking Life.
