Does anyone know how to transfer the HD contents from the DVR to Blu Ray writer?

TV: Sony Bravia 46X2000, calibrated. Getting a Pioneer PROFHD1 soon, I hope.

Receiver: Pioneer AX2AS.

Speakers: Many, too many to remember so I will update when I go back to London and have a look at all of the specific model numbers (they are all by Pioneer though).

The rear pre-amp is due to be changed for an Audiolab 8000C or 8000Q depending on how things go, priority is for a Panasonic DMP-BD10 Blu-ray player, although I'll keep the Denon (a £2500 machine) for audio playback, or maybe chop it in for a Naim CDX2, who knows?!
