Very few Blu-Rays are below $20.

The expensive Blu-Ray title I've seen is Michael Clayton.

If you are whining about the price of I, Robot then I guess it will be awhile before you get Iron Man.

I gotta laugh if anybody thinks a $20 br is "steep". Seriously...if you are looking for firesale back-catalog movies, you should definitely stick to the dvd section. Better yet, I hear hdvd's entire catalog is going at sub $9 prices, wherever you find them! How can you beat that?

I don't think those titles are a good comparison.

Iron Man was a big hit at movie theaters and did very well with critics too. I Robot didn't have that kind of success.

Iron Man is new movie; the BD will represent its first release on home video. I Robot is a catalog title. It was first released on BD this year, but the movie was originally released in theaters back in 2004.

Iron Man is a deluxe, 2-disc release with a lot of extras -all produced in high definition. I Robot is a single disc release with most of its extras being ported over from the old DVD release.

In the end, I'd have a much easier time spending $27.95 on the Iron Man BD than I would blowing the same money for I Robot. Iron Man is simply a better value.
